A-TEX is true to their warranty and does what needs to be done to make it all correct. After a hail storm, A-TEX performed a full replacement for us. We did experience some leaks but they were addressed quickly and repaired. At one point, we had a medical issue with a child which kept us from booking one of the repairs needed to the interior. A-TEX was patient and left the decision on appropriate timing up to us. About 6 months later, things were better and they came out and did the necessary repairs. The painter just left our home. They stood behind their work as advertised and most importantly were good to us when we needed them to be flexible. There was no hassle at all and we are thankful to have worked with them throughout this odd time in life.

Atex roofing is an extremely reliable company. They jumped hurdles to take care of my needs before a terrible rain storm that world have definitely caused more damage. The A-Tex team was very professional. The work was scheduled and completed on time. The roof looks amazing. The other work that was also a part of the contract, wood repair work on chimney, replaced rotted wood around window frame, was handled expertly. When all was said and done...I was very delighted with having chosen A-Tex.

Excellent work. We just had a leaky front porch roof re-done. Not hail damage, it had been leaking for a few years during heavy storms. Philip did a great job with presenting the solution options and cost estimates. After the deposit ATEX was out before the end of the week. First class job in removing the old shingles and tar paper, cutting out several rotted sections of wood decking and replacing, and putting down an ice/water membrane to solve the original problem of a very low-slope roof section. Then installing new shingles that are so close of a color match to the rest of the roof I can't tell the difference. Makes me smile every time I look at that roof section now. They used high-quality GAF materials for the work. Very impressed!

I was very pleased with the experience, professionalism, and quality of service and product I received from A-Tex. Michael Cowan worked with me and was very knowledgeable and responsive to any questions I had. Before committing to a roofing company, we had 3 other companies give us estimates. It was Chris Salazar's professional, yet personable demeanor that made me feel I could trust him and the company he represents. Still, I'm a skeptic, so once they received our down payment and the contract was signed I told myself not to be surprised if the service took a dive. IT DIDN'T. Chris returned calls and emails promptly, answered questions with patience, and remained a key contact person throughout the process. We are very pleased with his service, and felt we made a good decision by trusting him with our family home.
